How long will my project take?
We deliver your initial draft within 7 business days of our kick-off interview. After that, we turn edits/revisions around in 1-2 business days. If we are creating a resume and LinkedIn profile, you can expect a typical turnaround time of two weeks from start to finish.
How much time do I need to invest?
We have created a structured process that allows us to do the heavy lifting with minimal time spent on your end. Other than reviewing the pre-interview questions to think through some of the topics we’ll cover together during our call, you’ll just be responsible for providing feedback for revisions.
Do I get editable files of my final documents?
Absolutely! Once we’ve completed your project, you own your documents. You’ll receive editable files of each deliverable so that you can make changes in the future.
Do you protect my confidentiality?
Yes! We understand that the majority of our clients are currently working and their job searches are confidential. We take this very seriously and do not share your information with anyone outside the firm without your permission.
What is your success rate?
Because we specialize in working with director to C-level candidates, our clients are often currently employed and passively searching for their perfect next role. We help position our highly experienced, top talent candidates for the top jobs in their fields. So, while we can’t say that all of our clients land a new job in 90 days, our business is based on the success of our clients and their referrals.
Who will I work with?
While we have a small team working on different aspects of D&S Professional Coaching, you will work one-on-one with Debra Boggs as your sole contact to complete your resume, LinkedIn profile, or other services.
What if I don’t like my documents?
We offer unlimited revisions to give you peace of mind. If you are unhappy with your initial draft for any reason, we will do everything possible to make sure you are 100% happy with your final documents.
Does D&S use worksheets or questionnaires?
Our process is focused on a deep-dive interview rather than lengthy questionnaires and worksheets. We believe the best way to get the context and rich information we need is through a human conversation. This also saves you time and puts the heavy lifting on us.
How many revisions can I expect?
While we offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% happy with your final documents, we typically only need two rounds of revisions. Because of our in-depth interview at the start of the project, we get the information we need upfront to deliver an initial draft that is ready for your minor tweaks.
